Varmam is a therapy used to treat a variety of ailments, particularly those related to the musculoskeletal and neurological systems. It is based on the identification of 108 vital life energy points in the human body, as described by Siddhars. The efficacy of Varmam treatment for Azhalkeelvaayu (Osteoarthritis), a type of Keelvaayu mentioned in the Siddha Noi naadal book, was studied in a small group of patients.
